No hallucinations. Make sure your AI doesn't respond with a confident but entirely made-up and incorrect answer. Source links are always provided, down to the exact page and the paragraph, table or chart the answer came from.
7.1 Billing. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
7.2 Refunds. Customers on an annual plan may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Monthly plans are not eligible for a refund.
7.3 After the refund period. Requests received after the refund period are not eligible for a refund. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing year.

Which cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How are refunds paid? Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We can't send a refund to a different card.
Can I get an invoice? Invoices are emailed after every payment and are available in account settings.
